2.    Mix together the water, brown sugar, soy sauce and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
3.    Pour the marinade in a resealable bag and place the salmon fillets inside. Let stand in the fridge for at least an hour before grilling.
4.    Heat the grill and brush a thin coat of oil onto the grate to avoid the salmon from sticking. Take out the salmon and grill each side for about eight minutes. Serve with asparagus on the side.

Grilled Salmon Steaks with Mustard Sauce

You will need:
Salmon steaks
4 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 bunch fresh dill

1.    Combine all the ingredients except for the salmon steaks in a bowl. This will serve as your mustard sauce. Set aside in the fridge for a few hours.
2.    Heat the grill and oil the grate to avoid the salmon steaks from sticking onto it.
3.    Grill until golden brown on both sides.
4.    Place salmon steaks on a plate and pour the mustard sauce on top.
